I am forever indebted to the people who believed in me, encouraged me, and invested in me at IITGN. I am paying back so that others can have these gifts of learning and critical thinking.

I received support in many ways at IITGN. I wish to pass that on to the future students by giving back.

I believe in giving back to IITGN because of its role in my holistic development and for providing me with the avenues that helped me get where I am.

It is a way to invest in areas where you wish to see the institute thrive. It allows you to have a stake in steering the vision for your alma mater.

Prof Sudhir Jain once told us that we will always be IITGNians. I always try to contribute as I want this atmosphere of learning and growth to continue for future generations.

I think we should donate to our alma mater to ensure that current and prospective students have the same opportunities that we did, if not more.

When I look back, my heart is only filled with gratitude and when I look forward, I only hope to give back to it in whatever way I can. 

The flexible academic environment gave me the freedom to learn and explore. It played a crucial role in shaping my career and personality. I like to give back to IIT Gandhinagar, to the best of my ability as an expression of gratitude for helping me to reach where I am today.  

"There's a Greek proverb, “A society grows great when old people plant trees in whose shade they shall never sit.” The act of giving to alma mater is the very act of planting seeds whose fruits the future generations of students (as we had been once) shall find useful. I do my bit with the volition that IIT Gandhinagar grows great."
